Brandon S. Floch focuses his practice on complex business litigation and the defense of individuals and businesses accused of wrongdoing.
Brandon began his legal career as a law clerk to James J. Brady in the Middle District of Louisiana. During his time with Judge Brady, he drafted opinions on a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. Prior to joining MNR, Brandon practiced in the antitrust group at Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. for more than three years. He has experience at the trial and appellate levels in federal antitrust cases and has successfully prosecuted cartel cases spanning a variety of industries.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Brandon received a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Dartmouth College, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania. In law school, he served as an editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and as an executive board member of The Employment Advocacy Project, which provided legal representation to low-income Philadelphia residents who were unfairly denied unemployment.
