Michael Pineiro focuses his practice on complex business litigation, securities, investor fraud, trust and estates disputes, professional negligence, and regulatory litigation. Michael represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile civil litigation, and has recovered more than $100 million on behalf of his clients.

Prior to joining MNR, Michael worked at a global law firm representing clients in securities litigation, government enforcement defense, and complex commercial litigation matters. He also worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan, who then served on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Michael served on the Ad Hoc Committee on Rules and Procedures for the U.S. District Court for Southern District of Florida. He was also appointed by then-Governor Rick Scott to serve as a commissioner on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Third District Court of Appeals.

Michael was a member of the Board of Directors of the Cuban American Bar Association.
