Derick Vollrath Associate

Derick Vollrath focuses his practice on complex business litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions, and the defense of individuals and businesses accused of criminal behavior.  He also regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in unfair competition lawsuits.

Prior to joining MNR, Mr. Vollrath served as a law clerk for United States District Judge James I. Cohn of the Southern District of Florida and United States Magistrate Judge Joel B. Toomey of the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Vollrath received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from New York University. While at Duke, he served on the Duke Law Journal as a staff editor and as a member of the journal’s editorial board.
