Along with counsel for athletes Tom Brady and David Ortiz, Mr. O’Leary is opposing a motion to remand a lawsuit filed by FTX customers to Florida state court, arguing that the case is duplicative of another federal putative class action in the Southern District of Florida and that it belongs in federal court because it involves federal legal issues and matters related to FTX’s bankruptcy.
